This work is a return.

And for me — to the land I was born in.

When I came back to India, I came back not just to visit, but to live, to listen, and to reclaim what had always lived inside me. This isn’t about finding all the answers. It’s about being present with the questions. The grief. The truth. The beauty. It’s learning how to stay — in the body, in the breath, in the moment.

I’ve been practicing yoga for 17 years. It’s the pathway that has kept me connected through change, through disconnection, through return. I’m also a certified mat Pilates instructor, and have studied sound healing extensively — including training under Don Conreaux, one of the early pioneers of Kundalini yoga in the West.

What I offer is rooted in that lived experience. It’s not about fixing or forcing. It’s not performance or perfection. It’s a space for people who are in between — in transition, in unraveling, in the middle of becoming.

These sessions might look like movement. Breath. Sound. Or simply a conversation held with care.

Movement as Medicine

This is for when you feel a little lost, a little disconnected — from your body, your rhythm, your strength.

In these sessions, we move slowly and with intention. Breath leads, the body follows. Nothing needs to look perfect. We follow what’s real — what's present — and work from there.

Think of this as movement for your nervous system. Movement for your heart. Movement that helps you feel like yourself again.

This isn’t therapy, and it’s not performance. It’s a conversation between two people — gentle, grounding, and led by what’s true for you in the moment.

A space to sink into stillness and let sound guide you home. through gentle waves of vibration, we’ll move together into a meditative, healing space where your mind can quiet, your body can soften, and your spirit can breathe. This isn’t about doing — it’s about receiving, tuning into the sounds that help you reconnect with your own flow.
